Legal Ink came to life in part due to the mentoring and
encouragement that Jim provided.  His memory will live on and
we believe that he will continue to guide us through this tough
time.  Follow your instincts.

Jim left us too soon.  There was so much more we all wanted
to know.  The pain of his loss will be felt by every one of us for
a very long time.  Our prayers and well wishes go out to his
wife and his three daughters.

Jim Goodman may not have been a household name to
everyone but behind the scenes he was making a huge
difference in many lives.  He will be deeply missed.
